Screenshots If anyone of a group has no serial number, he should get it, selecting Buy program. Each user form his computer to create a group request of registration. Each user creates a file containing registration data and sends this file to system administrator. After the Infotecs Company processes the group request, system administrator will receive email with attachment (txt file), containing registrations codes for all users. After that each user can register installed ViPNet program.

Group Registration is intended for registration of ViPNet programs by several users through a person, who is responsible for ViPNet product registration. The responsible person co-ordinates actions on ViPNet program users’ registration (as a rule, it is system administrator of an organization).

To provide the group registration it’s necessary:

At first, all ViPNet users must have serial numbers of product. If anyone has no the serial number, he should get it, selecting Buy program option in the Wizard.

Each user form his computer must create a group request of registration. As a result, <Serial number¹>.txt file with registration data will be created. Each user must send this file to system administrator.

Note: System administrator can put these files on any network disk, accessible to all users.

System administrator collects files with registrations data and then glues them together by any way.

The most convenient way is using copy command:

Copy all files to one folder, be sure that there are no unnecessary files with *.txt extension in the folder. Then enter in the command line copy *.txt registration.all.

Note: you can use another file name instead of registration.all.

Then system administrator creates group request for receiving registration codes of ViPNet to Infotecs Company. That means, the system administrator sends created file (registration.all ) as an attachment to reg@infotecs.biz address. Subject of the mail may be named ViPNet Group Registration, mail text may be any.

Note: If one user takes part in group registration you don’t need in file processing.

When the Infotecs Company processed the request, system administrator will receive email with attachment (txt file), containing registrations codes of ViPNet product for all users, taking part in group registration. Then this file should be delivered to users by any way, or it may be put on any network disk, accessible to all users. After that each user can register installed ViPNet program.
